Each ConciergeOS deployment is governed by its own proposal or order form signed by both parties — covering scope, timeline, pricing, data handling, and support. Where these terms and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement wins.

Clients own their data, their brand assets, and the configured experience their guests see. We own the underlying platform, software, and know-how used to deliver it.

Do not attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to this site, the demo, or any deployment, and do not scrape guest data from any experience we host.

This website and demo are provided as-is, without warranty. For deployments, warranties and liability are defined in the signed engagement agreement.
