FAQ
Questions, answered.
The things event teams ask us before a ConciergeOS deployment.
Do we have to change how we manage our events?
No. Your spreadsheet stays the source of truth — keep editing it the way you do today, in the tools you already use. The app follows it.
How fast can we be live?
Seventy-two hours from receiving your files, in whatever format you already keep them — Google Sheets, Excel, Airtable, CSV, or Notion.
Can the app be private?
Yes. Deployments can be public, invite-only, application-based, whitelist, or paid — and access levels can be mixed per event within the same program.
Whose brand is on it?
Yours, entirely: your logo, your colors, your domain. Our name appears nowhere your guests look.
Who updates it during the week when things change at 8am?
You do — by editing your sheet, exactly as you would have anyway. The change is live in the app within minutes.
Do guests have to download anything?
No. One link, opens in the browser, works on every phone. No app store, no accounts to create.
What happens to guest data?
It stays in your source files. We read it only to render the app, gate it by your access rules, and purge it when the event window closes. See our Security page for the full commitment.
What happens after the event?
Your choice: the app is archived, extended under an ongoing plan, or redeployed for your next event.
